Investor group already active in Dubai hospitality is looking to acquire an established yacht charter and/or yacht management business.
What we are looking for
- Licensed operator with Dubai Maritime Authority approvals in place
- Owned or managed fleet of 8+ vessels (motor yachts 40–120 ft), berths at Dubai Marina, Dubai Harbour or similar
- Strong B2B and B2C bookings — corporate events, tourism, weddings, private charters
- Clean financials for at least the last 3 years; revenue AED 10m+
- Crew, maintenance and booking systems that can run with management staying on
We will consider an asset-light management company, an owned fleet, or a combination. Budget up to around AED 25m, flexible for the right business. Earn-out structures are possible.
