India Grows works because members trust what they read here. These guidelines keep it that way.
Posting a deal
- Post real, specific business opportunities: what you’re offering or seeking, where, and roughly what it’s worth.
- One deal per post. Don’t post the same deal more than once. Edit it instead.
- Be honest about figures, ownership and licences. Don’t exaggerate returns or promise guaranteed profits.
- Keep contact details out of the post itself. Members can message you privately.
- Every deal is reviewed by our team before it goes live, which usually takes less than one business day.
Not allowed
- Consumer advertising, retail product listings and job adverts
- Multi-level marketing, “get rich quick” schemes and anything resembling a Ponzi or pyramid scheme
- Unregulated investment or crypto offers that promise fixed returns
- Anything illegal in India or in the country where the deal takes place
- Harassment, hate speech, or attacks on anyone’s religion, caste, region or language
- Unsolicited bulk messages to other members
Replies and messages
Keep public replies about the deal itself. Take negotiations to private messages. Be courteous, because the community is smaller than it looks.
Do your own due diligence
We review posts for relevance and obvious abuse, but we don’t verify every claim or take part in any deal. Before you send money or sign anything, check the company, meet the people, and take independent legal and financial advice.
Reporting
If something looks wrong, use the Report link on the deal or reply. Our team reviews every report. Members who break these guidelines may have their posts removed or their account suspended.
