The video should be strictly between 45 seconds to 60 seconds long. If your videos is not between 45 seconds to 60 seconds, it will be rejected. 

1. Short videos are mostly in portrait mode (9:16 aspect ratio) to look good on mobile phones, however we will accept videos in other modes
2. We will accept videos in any major file format like .MP4, .MOV. WAV

We intend to post all accepted videos on our social media channels within 7 days of receiving them. If we are unable to do so, we will try to get back to you and provide reasonable timelines.
